Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Marc Personal Assistant accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data. The application is a private, single-user automation operated by Marc Haddad.
Google data accessed
When authorized, the application may access Google Calendar data belonging to Marc's account, including calendar identifiers, event identifiers, event titles and descriptions, start and end times, locations, attendees, reminders, and availability information.
How data is used
Google Calendar data is used only to provide user-requested assistant functions, including:
- Answering questions about Marc's schedule and availability.
- Creating, updating, or deleting calendar events after Marc requests and approves the action.
- Presenting event details to Marc for confirmation and approval.
The application does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or sale.
Processing and sharing
The application runs through self-hosted automation infrastructure controlled by Marc. To fulfill Marc's requests, relevant calendar information may be processed by the configured language-model provider and transmitted through Marc's private Telegram assistant for responses or approval prompts. Data is shared with service providers only as necessary to provide these requested functions, maintain security, or comply with law. It is not shared with advertisers or data brokers.
Storage and retention
Google OAuth credentials are stored in the self-hosted automation system. Calendar information may appear temporarily in workflow execution data and operational logs according to the system's configured retention settings. The application does not intentionally create a separate public database of Google Calendar data. Local execution records can be deleted by the operator.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to restrict access to the self-hosted system and its stored credentials. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Access, revocation, and deletion
Marc can revoke the application's Google access at any time through Google Account permissions. He may also delete locally retained workflow execution records or request information about the data handled by the application using the contact address below.
Google API Services User Data Policy
The application's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated if the application's data practices change. The latest version will remain available at this URL. Questions or data requests can be sent to marc.m.haddad@gmail.com.
